RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
This Return and Refund Policy has been drafted for Delta Hemp Life Co’s customers. This Policy is directed towards all the buyers and customers who are going to purchase CBD products from our Online store. As part of our commitment to you, all the products which have been bought through Delta Life Hemp Co website are eligible for return under certain conditions. In case you have received a damaged product you may return it as well.

- DAMAGES AND ISSUES

- The item must be complete in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must send the item to the address provided by us.
- Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches the original sender. Please, therefore, ensure that you send your item back to the seller using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. Please package the product securely.
- Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs and handling charges associated with shipping items.
6. REFUND PROCESS

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a return confirmation email. If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
